What info do we collect and how we protect our customers info?

Shipping Policy

Shipping Information
Hitmeshots.com will make every effort to fill your order and ensure arrival as quickly as possible.  Orders should be received with in 5 to 7 business days from order date. 

All orders of stocked items are shipped within 1 business day of order placement.  Delivery time will depend on product availability, size of the order, and shipping time.  Orders are generally filled and shipped well before 1 business day.  However, since many of our products are custom made to order, our craftsmen may require additional time to produce the quality products that we demand.  Please allow extra time for the delivery during holidays.  If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you.

If an ordered item is back ordered, we will notify you.  We will full the order when the back ordered item arrives.

Please be advised that we ship to the address you specify when you place your order.  If you give us the wrong shipping address or if you ask the carrier to drop off your package to a different location while your order is in transit, Hitmeshots.com and Black Lion Energy, Inc will not be responsible for any damages or time delay incurred.  Thank you for your understanding.

Return Policy
Any claims for damages or discrepancies must me submitted to Hitmeshots.com or Black Lion Energy Inc, within five (5) business days of receiving your order.  You must notify Hitmeshots.com Customer Service by email or phone.

Unopened merchandise may be returned in its original unopened packaging within three (3) days of receiving your order.  You will be given store credit for the total amount of purchase.

NOTE: Return Authorization Number is required.  Email us @ cs@hitmeshots.com or call 1-845-343-1029 to obtain your Return Authorization Number prior to shipping your package back.  We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of error.  Ship back to us via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail with insurance.  UPS has automatic insurance of $100 included at no extra charge.  Save your tracking number in case wee need it.

Damaged Shipments
We carefully pack every order to make sure that it arrives to you undamaged and we have had excellent success in safe deliveries.  In the event that your shipment arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:

  1. DO NOT ship the package back to us.
  2. Keep all packaging (including the damaged merchandise) in its original carton for at least 7 business days, since UPS may wish to inspect the package.
  3. CONTACT US IMMEDIATLEY!  We will contact UPS and ship out a replacement item as soon as possible.
  4. UPS will contact you to confirm and decide what they want to do with the package.
  5. UPS will either contact you or us and advise on what procedures to follow.
